when you have low humidity and low moisture in the soil because it's been a few weeks since we've hadhat copious amount of rain temperatures will robe but also drop quickly as we head through this evening and tonight. that is pretty much the expectation. clear skies tonight. near record low temperatures. tomorrow, sunshine followed by increasing late-day clouds. that's 5:00 a.m. you can see the solid clouds pretty much west of hagerstown and back in towards the ohio valley. but we'll start to see the high clouds in by sunset. overnight, watch a line of showers pushing through central pennsylvania that will probably fall apart before reaching us, however, could be thursday morning sprinkles and then the frontal boundary nearby will spark more showers and storms during the day. today, however, 86 degrees. so back to near normal with the sunshine. an absolutely pleasant day by mid-july standards with very low humidity. as i said with low humidity we can drop the temperature quickly and will do so tonight. dropping to 55. that is my forecast with the record low of 57 set back 10 years ago
