i was driving into new york to work the morning of 9/11 and got down to lower manhattan. unfortunately, and time to see the second tower come down. it is something i will never forget. it has forever changed our lives. how the impact it is had on this country and impact on security and flying and the way we live. part of living in the new york area and those who live in a washington, d.c., they know the same feeling. we felt comfortable and we felt as if we were safe. and i have a seven year old son who was growing up in this world and was younger but well aware something bad was going on. he saw the concern on his parents' face and asked about it. i do not think it will go away anytime soon. i do not think -- i think it is a story will be covered for a very long time. changes our innocence. it is if the country had innocence -- and now it is gone. we will live with them for the rest of my life and i hope my son will not have to live with that for the rest of his life. i hope we can figure out a way to get back to the innocence. i am not sure i will see it in my lifetime
