police want you to take a good luc at the surveillance photos after man that goes by the name of aubry. he and a second man who goes by the name david are accused of kidnapping and carjacking 57-year-old woman from outside of the work last wednesday. she was tied up and blindfolded and forced to withdraw money from a number of atms. they then drove her to an isolated area of the oakland hills and let her go. >>> new this morning, highway 101 back open after an overnight crash that closed all southbound lanes in san martin. chp says a dump truck crashed ask spilled a load of dirt in the air and san martin avenue. that crash ultimately shut down all southbound lanes for hours. crews there had to tow that truck away and clean up all of the dirt left behind before drivers were actually allowed back on the freeway. the chp is investigating the cause of the crash, no word yet if that driver will be facing any charges. >>> san francisco's city hall is expected to reopen this morning after an electrical pyre late last night. firefighters say the electrical panel started smoking activating spri
