good evening i'm lucy noland. >>> i'm dawn timmeney. iain page is off. this dangerous blast of cold air has nearly a dozen schools opening late tomorrow. you can see a list of them on the bottom of your screen. chief meteorologist scott williams is here now with a look at just how low it's going to go. scott. >> it will go pretty low. looking at lows to night in the single digits but those are the air temperatures. it's really how it feels when you factor in the wind. look at current wind chills. 20 below right now what it feels like in the pocono mountains it feels like 10 below in lancaster lancaster. already in philadelphia it feels like 2 degrees below zero. so as we take look at the entire area, wind chill advisories posted pretty much through 9:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. so feels like temperatures five to 15 below in our area. north and west, it's going to feel even colder. so by midnight it's going to feel like zero in philadelphia. but look at 3:00 a.m., it will feel like 14 below in philadelphia. 15 below in trenton. feeling like 23 degrees below
