good evening i'm lucy noland. >>> i'm iain page.ow health officials are warning anyone that walked into a number of businesses you could be at risk. our chris o'connell is live in hamilton township tonight. chris? >> reporter: iain, those two people who came down with hepatitis a did come down with the virus after eating at a mercer county restaurant where a worker there food worker was diagnosed with the virus last month. the two latest cases, one of the patients worked here as a part part-time fitness instructor at hamilton area wmca. another patient worked in a hamilton township hair salon. now both patients dined at rosa'ss catering in trenton around the time when a food worker there with hepatitis a was working there. although it's not certain that's where the latest cases came from. this is a big scare here in hamilton township. customers flocked into the department of health after that scare for an emergency vaccine of immune gob about lynn. now the health department is warning those who have been around the latest two victim

. >> i'm lucy noland. chris oh canal has been at the scene all day long and joins us with the very latest. chris? >> reporter: iain, lucy northbound lanes of i-95 here in bensalem still closed at this hour. it's been shut down now for nine hours after that nasty accident investigators with the pennsylvania state police accident investigation team still in the northbound lanes now taking measurements and investigating this crash that killed one and had thousands of commuters searching for detours. crews removing what's left of an 18 wheel tractor trailer. the truck hauling scrap metal overturned in a fiery crash in the northbound lanes of i-95 in bensalem. the crash killed the driver, five other vehicles were also involved. >> then the white car hit the truck and then the black car hit that. >> reporter: latisha pratt says if she was driving 30 seconds earlier she would have been in this wreckage. instead she and other drivers were stuck on the shut down highway for hours. eventually leaving her car and walk

good evening i'm lucy noland. >> i'm dawn timmeney in for iain page. over to chief meteorologist scott williams for a look at this cold night ahead. scott? >> it's a dangerous cold dawn and lucy. we're talking about pretty much half of the nation with some type of wind chill advisory or warning. look at the map. all wait to the gulf coast. southern texas. even tampa looking at wind chill concerns and you can see the philadelphia area we are included in that too. so zooming in a little closer. toward the pocono mountains feels like temperatures 15 to 20 degrees below zero. a little farther to the south philadelphia south jersey and delaware, it's going to feel like five to yes 15 below. how does it feel right now? it already feels like 18

good evening i'm lucy noland. >>> i'm dawn timmeney. iain page is off. this dangerous blast of cold air has nearly a dozen schools opening late tomorrow. you can see a list of them on the bottom of your screen. chief meteorologist scott williams is here now with a look at just how low it's going to go. scott. >> it will go pretty low. looking at lows to night in the single digits but those are the air temperatures. it's really how it feels when you factor in the wind. look at current wind chills. 20 below right now what it feels like in the pocono mountains it feels like 10 below in lancaster lancaster. already in philadelphia it feels like 2 degrees below zero. so as we take look at the entire area, wind chill advisories posted pretty much through 9:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. so feels like temperatures five to 15 below in our area. north and west, it's going to feel even colder. so by midnight it's going to feel like zero in philadelphia. but look at 3:00 a.m., it will feel like 14 below in philadelphia. 15 below in trenton. feeling like 23 degrees below

. >> i'm lucy noland.ur fox 29's chris o'connell is live at the scene right now in lower merion township. what are police saying, chris? >> reporter: lower merion township police are denying they were profiling young african-american shoveling snow from people's driveways here in the township yesterday. but they do tell us they have started an investigation into those claims. >> we saw the police pull up and sit them down and start asking them questions. >> reporter: debra snapped this picture when police arrived outside of heroine wood home on tuesday. she wondered why the two guys she just hired to shovel her driveway and sidewalk were stopped by lower merion township police. the two african-american were told to sit in the snow while being questioned by officer. she believes the stop was solely based on race, and touched off a social media fire storm on the township community facebook page page. >> i have friends who have children of color who also have, um, you know, issues with their kids being stoppe
