. >> i'm lucy noland. still coming in all kinds of developments. let's get straight to fox 29 s chris o'connell live at the scene. >> reporter: guys, he did just get to the scene. delaware county medical examiner just left the scene carrying the body of a 20-year-old man who was shot dead by a skate-year-old robbery victim who was out here in cobbs creek park simply walking his dog. sky fox above the scene. after it happened this was about an hour ago. upper darby police telling me that a man was out on the path on cobbs creek park when he was approached by two men. one of them carrying a gun. the other carrying a stick. during the robbery the victim who does have a concealed carry permit fired one shot to the head killing that robbery suspect. the other man in the meantime got away. that man is believed to be in his 20s. he was last seen running on the philadelphia side of cobbs creek creek. he is still on the loose right now. tell you what's happening now. the police are still investigating getting some evidence down there. deep in the woods just

. >> i'm lucy noland. winter is roaring back. chief meteorologist scott williams is live in old city tonight. all right. what can we expect here? >> we can expect a lot of weather changes lucy and iain over the next several days. blustery winds right now and that's ushering in the first round of arctic air across our area but let's talk about those weather changes because overnight low temperatures in center city will dip into the teens outlying suburbs into the single digits and we have a storm system that will bring some valentine's day snow with light accumulations and then the really core of the arctic outbreak sunday into monday. but look at the temperatures right now. 19 already in the pocono mountains. upper 20s north and west. mid to low 30s right now across the area around philadelphia. but by 11:00 o'clock we're looking at numbers right around 22 degrees and then 13 in the city. eight in the burbs. but those are the air temperatures. you have to factor in the wind how your body reacts and you can see those temperatures b

good evening i'm lucy noland. >> i'm iain page. more than a dozen people were hurt in that explosion. the home was on oak avenue noor route nine in stafford township just a few miles from the garden state parkway. fox 29's brad sattin in stafford township tonight. >> reporter: incredible video of tuesday morning's gas explosion on oak avenue in stafford township near long beach island. a police officer actually hit the record button on his car's camera after the explosion. >> once the explosion happened? he entered his car pushed the record button knowing that the recorder would caption 30 seconds prior to it being turned. >> reporter: one home was shredded two others left uninhabitable and more than a dozen others were damaged. new pictures of the scene show the devastation. this was where the house was. other homes off foundations windows blown out doors landing across the street. a debris field of more than 75 feet in one direction. >> i've been in law enforcement 29 years. i've never seen the devastation total devastation like

. >> i'm lucy noland that. damage a mile from the betsy ross bridge. ris o'connell is live in pennsauken tonight. chris? >> reporter: lucy i physical was a mess. hazardous materials crews spent this night cleaning up from that massive tanker fire along the route 130 off-ramp here in pennsauken. like you said about a mile away from the betsy ross bridge. that crash happened about 100 yards behind me. the off ram system still closed tonight. as investigators try to figure out what caused that tanker to overturn. police are still directing traffic around the scorched roadway in pennsauken new jersey. >> heard a big bang. i looked over i just saw flames. >> it was like armageddon. big black smoke billowing overhead. >> reporter: that's just some of the reaction from eyewitnesses after the massive midday explosion. from skyfox you can see the truck that spilled nearly 8,000 gallons of flammable fuel on to the road. the truck then exploded. amazingly the driver walked away with only minor injuries. >> i thought like a bomb went off. that's what it felt like.
