lujan: thank you, chairman -- mr. lieu: thank you, chairman aguilar. leader jeffries has a 10-point plan to fight against the trump administration. there's going to be a legislative strategy, a mobilization strategy, and a litigation strategy. to that end, over 25 lawsuits have already been filed. we expect that a number of these actions by the trump administration will be reversed because all the courts have to do is follow the law. and in fact if you look at what happened, a number of trump actions have been stopped or the administration has simply folded. the administration wants to you think they are invincible, that they are just rolling right along to do all of these things. that is simply not true. a number of times they have been stopped and they have had to back down. for example, on the birth right citizenship order, a reagan-appointed federal judge declared it unconstitutional, put it an injunction on it. then with the o.m.b. freeze memo, there's pushback from democrats, from the american people, and they had to rescind that memo and a judge
