pretty strong earnings from lululemon.g with your price target that's, like, a bit lower and a neutral rating what are you not seeing in the stock that makes it a buy? >> yeah so great to be here thanks for having us so historically, the number one driver of lulu's multiple is u.s. comp, and the company reported flat u.s. sales they don't break out the comps anymore, but that implies a comp in the u.s. is still negative. so that's pretty disappointing essentially despite, you know, product being improved as management talked about on the call, u.s. comps did not change sequentially they talked about strong results over black friday, but that's really the industry. black friday was strong across the board, and you still have two-thirds of holiday and the quarter ahead of us. also, you know, lulu is making some investments right now they are investing in marketing. so we are concerned that they're operating margins at 22% which is really a record high, could see some erosion basically we're waiting on the sidelines so see wh

look at the disney lululemon connect -- collection.hose belt bags, a collaboration that's really working and is effective. even on the men's side, a lot of it is more casual in nature, you can wear it for working out into the office. scarlet: within the comp sales category sales fell in overseas markets. how concerning is the underperformance of that big market? >> overall, the big market stayed flat with what it was last quarter. it is not declining more, you are still seeing margins with the strength of a full price sellthrough. take a look at the new stores they are opening, the productivity metrics continue to remain on track. scarlet: victoria's secret, when you look at those results, the stock is higher as well. revenue growing 2% this fiscal year versus the earlier forecast of decline. does the new ceo deserve credit for this or is it too early for her? >> too early. the product working now, she wasn't there to design it. late summer or early fall is when her touch on the product will be there. but her touch on the store, how it

gina, next name lululemon.naissance. >> yeah. it is definitely clawing its way out of unquestionable a terrible year not only in its own performance but relative to the s&p 500. it has just really, really been a laggard. but if you look at the forecast for next year they're expected to be somewhat soft. i've seen numbers around 7% eps growth for 2025. feels soft. if you look at what you're paying for lululemon and the commitment that they're making to continue to innovate and sort of get that freshness and newness back into the brand line, i do think that this is actually a very attractively priced bet right now. >> it's an interesting one, because, you know, it definitely is trading less expensive than it has for most of its history. the issue, is it a new dynamic here with competition, with resistance to full price and things like that. >> the competitive landscape is brutal. i think it's partly that. i think it's also, you know, lulu goes into this period of call it slower growth and a lot of competition at
