tonight, many residents at this apartment complex on lundy avenue are out of their homes.in there cleaning it up now. this is what lisa rhines is living room looked like this morning. it was water all the way up to past the trim there. she's one of many residents whose apartments flooded. this video showing just how high the water got in the back parking lot. i was getting ready to walk out the door, and i saw it coming from the creek over there, out into the middle of the street. and then i watched it come like right here where the cars are. and cars kept coming like this. so every time they came, it would just push the water this way more. and eventually it came up the curb. the apartments are located near the penitencia creek. crews with valley water were checking it out tonight. you can see trees that fell into the creek, creating a pile of debris and making it harder for the water to flow. i'm waiting on kind of a final assessment, but what we see often in these storms, especially if there's wind and days worth of rain, is that older trees will fall over, fall into wa
