that's the "darling" yacht. 82-foot luxury yacht. behind it is a tug boat.iting for hours. we spoke with the gentleman who helped get it unstuck from where it was in pacifica yesterday. he said that it took several hours. the keel of the boat was several feet down stuck in the sand. he says he was able to do it and it was just a little bit easier than he thought. here it is this morning. now, of course this is the last chapter in very unusual ordeal. the boat -- there was a distress call yesterday morning around 5:30 in pacifica. the yacht was stuck about 20 yards from shore. now, the coast guard went out to help but three people onboard did not want help. it turns out the yacht had been stolen the night before. there was back and forth. standoff with the coast guard and other law enforcement. finally the three people onboard gave up. they were arrested and then the question was how do you get this thing out of the sand? we spoke with the gentleman responsible for that and here's what he had to say. >> we rigged a big bridle on the boat and brought in a coup
