(lydia)you can see the water has slowed down quite a bit... we're told the water has been shut off but at the top of the hill.the family that lives here was allowed to go inside to get some items.but they are not being allowed to stay in their home for now because engineers are still looking at the hillside.we spoke with the family who lives in this home, they told us at about 3:30 they heard water and initially thought it was a storm....then when they looked outside they saw the water gushing down the hill and called 911.we're at san juan blvd and monte cresta drive in belmont.we spoke to a man who lives in the home.he did not want his face or name on camera but told us it took responders an hour to get here after he called 911.

( james )( james ) ( james ) pepper spray could be the reason eleven people became sick at an antioch j-c-penny store tuesday night according to fire investigators.. it happened around six at the store on slatten ranch road. eleven people said they were having trouble breathing. two of whom were taken to the hospital. the building was evacuated and inspected by hazmat crews. they gave the all clear at about 9:30- that night. all the people affected are expected to be okay. still no word on where the pepper spray originated .
