of course i'm talking about the big mac. james delligatti, the man behind the big mac, is being remembered tonight. the mcdonald's franchisee has died at the age of 98 at his ate at least one big mac a week, since creating the fast food favorite nearly 50 years ago. for the first time, we're learning just how much the estate of rock legend prince is worth. a new court filing today values the estate of $200 million. prince died of a drug overdose in april. since he left no known will, prince's sister and five half-siblings are in line to inherit equal shares of the estate. taxes are expected to gobble up about half of it. patrick: are threatening an unusual punishment if you drink and drive. ? patrick: kensington police call it the nickelback treatment. the town on prince edward island promises to force any drunk drivers it arrests to listen to the band nickelback while in the back seat of the cruiser. meanwhile, police in the town of wyoming, minnesota are tweeting a similar threat, saying do not drive drunk. i will find you
