also the morning commute looks good on westbound interstate 80 out to the macarthur maze.k. >>> all right. topping our news at 5:30 a teacher in san jose facing sex abuse charges. ktvu's tara moriarty joining us to tell us there are concerns now that could be more victims. good morning, tara. >> reporter: good morning. two weeks ago san jose police arrested a teacher here at stratford middle school off of andover lane in san jose. information was not made public until today. and last -- two weeks ago or actually one week ago classes ended for the summer here. san jose authorities are now asking patients and students if there are other victims to step forward. take a look at the teacher police arrested. she is 28-year-old phelps who has worked as a teacher at stratford for the last five years. police have not released the alleged victim's age or gender. it's not known where the alleged molestation took place if it was at the school or somewhere else. she has accounts with facebook and myspace. information online reveals that she is married and has a house in san jose where
