i'm chelsea macklin, from elan university. as we talk about the partisanship and polization polarization happens in congress and you just mentioned you don't see future moderates viable candidate in an election. do you think anything can be done or what do you think could happen to change the political scene? >> you know, i don't think moderates are necessarily going to come to the fore i think independents might. people, in many states in the united states today, there are more registered independents, or unenrolled or states have different names for them, who are not affiliated with either party. and i think there are more people, i'm not only person who is fed up with the high level of partisanship. and, i think, you know there have already been independents elected governors in some states. some local communities are getting rid of party designations for, races for mayor and city council. so i think we may see, slowly perhaps, a rise of the independent politically. >> thank you. >> hi, my name is alisandro and from washing

start county urban league located in northeastern ohio district 230r78ed out of the integration of a macklin and caan affiliates and have been serving our communities for over 90 years. under the direction of the interim president, the work is bettering star county at precisely the time we need. ohio's unemployment is still high and we are recovering slowly. now more than ever as we are rebuilding our local economy for future success, the greater stark county urban league is connecting minority groups in our communities to the employment and housing services and health and youth programming necessary. last year the local urban league began a new scholarship program for 20 high school juniors and seniors. this year they hope to provide 30 scholarships. the league is also offering classes this year to help 60 people obtain their g.e.d. i commend the county greater urban colleague for making critical investments in our people and our country and our future. this is the type of service that we all talk about here and should applaud every day on the floor of the house of representatives. i yield
