both buildings make direct corrections to maclaren park and kaufman pool. across the street is block three where there's 30,000 square feet of community serving uses including the dph wellness center, another daycare center and incubator restaurant space and seven micro retail spaces and the building is set to break ground in the spring of 2023. overall the hub is to be a gateway for sunny dale to create healthness, retail and dine asking cultural activities and local job and economic development opportunities. this is a ground floor use of the community building. the center itself will be sustainable durable building and add one acre of accessible landscaped green space and outdoor gathering area. the project will also be lead goal certified. the housing authority will maintain long-term ground lease at no cost to the borrower to mercy. they will own and operate the improvements. wu yee will operate the facility, childcare facility for 72 children, all of which are affordable. there will be 12,000 square feet operated by the girls club. this new club will
