supervisor campos. >> thank you, madam clerk. briefly, i forgot to mention something about the ordinance regarding tenant relocation assistance. and it's something actually that supervisor kim alluded to and talked about in her presentation. as you know, tenants advocates and the tenant community in san francisco has been holding a number of conventions throughout the city in different neighborhoods which conventions will be culminating with a city-wide convention that will take place this saturday, february 8th. and what i want to note is that one of the ideas that has been a recurring theme at each one of these neighborhood conventions is the issue of enhancing increasing tenant relocation. i know supervisor kim talked about the south of market tenderloin convention. i know, for instance, we were both [speaker not understood] and i know in the castro tenant convention there were dozens of ideas that were put forward. the most popular was actually the idea of increasing relocation costs. and i think the reason for its popularity
