madison, wisconsin -- where he is waiting to be extradited back to iowa. one person is stabbed following a fight with two other men in a store parking lot. waterloo police say mark kelly took money from the victim and stabbed him in the arm in the casey's parking lot on la porte road. police later arrested kelly after he tried to run away from the scene. he is charged with first degree robbery. a second man -- david gillam was also arrested and charged with public intoxication. the victim's injuries are believed to be non- life threatening. police say all three men know each other and the public is not in danger two people are killed, four injured following a rollover crash. it happened on highway 20 near exit 140 in webster city. authorities say the the driver -- 19- year-old richard elmore -- lost control on the exit ramp and rolled several times. shelly vehicle and died at the scene. elmore was taken to an area hospital but did not survive. three 18-year- olds and a 16-year- old were also injured in the crash. a lot of police departments are investing in body cameras -- but will be getting three new helmet cameras. the cedar falls fir
