and this was a guy who apparently was looking at mark madoff saying, you know, this -- mark madoff isho knew or should have known about the fraud even though mark madoff made it pretty clear that in his view or at least his assertions were that he didn't know about the fraud. >> and what happens in the madoff case now? it goes on. >> yeah. there's every indication it's going to go on. this bankruptcy trustee is very aggressive. he filed a lot of lawsuits to try to recover money. one of those lawsuits actually names mark madoff.
