cbs 2's magdalena doris joins magdalena. >>reporter: chris and mary, the indonesiaian consulate is well lit overnight and it's outfitted with security cameras, but that did not stop these two robbers from looking for a way in, and they found an easy entrance, an unlocked side door. caught on camera, police say that these two suspects, a young man and a young woman broke into the consulate generale of the republic of indonesia on east 68th street just between fifth and madison monday morning, sneaking down an alleyway and then they broke in without breaking a sweat, opening an unlocked door and taking their pick of the items inside. police say these two got away with bottles of vodka. they also got away with a computer laptop -- i'm sorry, a computer tablet,let, a suitcase full of clothing and keys to a 2004 tan honda odyssey minivan. they used that minivan as their get-away car. issues visas to people here in the u.s. and in indonesia. no word if that tablet that was stolen has any sensitive information on it, but police say

cbs 2's magdalena doris joins us live from bedford park with more. magdalena. >>reporter: we just got updates from the bronx borough commander here moments ago. police have been investigating since 1:00 this morning when they say t identified by police as efrem guzman. he is 30 years old. he was shot in the torso by officers and a 49-year-old man, a deli worker was killed during this gunfire exchange. now, police say this all happened at a deli that is now being blocked by this white truck. the 49-year-old store clerk and efrem guzman got into an altercation there. guzman then cross the street and then headed to this deli, clerk followed him in, warning the customers and the employees that were inside that deli that guzman was coming. officers were eventually called to the scene from the 52nd police precinct, and when they entered into this store, they got into phase cal altercation with 30-year-old guzman. guzman then pulled the gun from an officer's holster with one pull and started shooting. police say he let off 15 rounlds inside of that store. there -- 15
