is there, though, a disconnect, maggie, between church leaders and contemporary catholics when it comes to this issue? >> i think the disconnect is between the obama administration and catholic voters. rick santorum was on fire last night when he said the obama d administration is going after liberty, religious liberty, just a small group of people he said. just catholics in america. and i think you will find that even catholics who don't necessarily agree with the church's teachings on birth control are not going to appreciate the government stepping in and ordering catholic hospitals, catholic schools, universities to either provide contraception, sterilization and abortion pills which is what the morning after pill can function as under the orders of the obama administration and the people who are objecting the most are the catholic left who went out on a limb for president obama against the bishops who warned that obama care could have negative consequences for the liberty of the church and he has sawed off the limb and left them hanging. >> karen, i want to let you jump in here bec
