i'm maggie hassan ben: newly released video of a deadly shooting by police in oklahoma has the victim's family calling for murder charges against an officer. in the video the officer who fired the fatal shot says terence crutcher refused to raise his hands. her claim is now being disputed, as the video shows his hands were raised. crutcher was not armed. his family is now demanding justice. a 911 caller complained crutcher stopped his suv in the road his car had broken down. a police spokesman says officers found the vial of pcp and that his car. jc: every day 78 americans die of opioid abuse, according to the cdc. the obama administration is stepping up efforts to address the crisis designating this a week of action and awareness. our sally kidd sat down with attorney general loretta lynch, who announced new actions to address the epidemic. >> we could do a lot more. sally: they left their daughter to a prescription drug overdose in 2014. >> all the people who have been touched by this are too aware of the impact. sally: loretta lynch says the justice department is stepping up efforts
