[applause] >> i am the pastor of the mount zion church of san francisco. i am here in opposition of the parking meters been activated at such times. there are currently around parking meters are run by church because we are adjacent to the dmv. i stand before you to say that the time in which you are indicating 12:00 to 3:00 is in the middle of our worship service. that would cause people to get u
