c-span: jeb magruder on the right. dwight chapin next to him. lyn nofziger there on the couch. herb klein at the back. >> guest: this is the "plans committee," the image-maker that i had just spoken about. and it's interesting that ron zieglar is not in the picture. he would come briefly and then leave. and herb klein alluded to this in his book, that--but these were the men that had to deal with negative reporting and then create the positive stories when they could. c-span: jeb magruder and dwight chapin went to jail. what was your reaction when that happened? >> guest: i felt kind of sorry for them. i--i liked them both. they--they were--i got to know them personally because we were involved with each other for such a long period of time. and jeb's wife and my wife were classmates in college. and so i felt very sorry when--when all the things went negatively for them. c-span: john connally. >> guest: i liked john connally. i thought he had a great presidential demeanor about him, and i think president nixon did too. c-span: where did you photograph these two together? >> gue

fraser, a former student at magruder high school had a number of scrapes with the law including burglary charges. fraser was shot in the back here after he got off a ride on bus at the intersection of oxbridge drive and route 355 in germantown tuesday night. investigators wrote perachi followed fraser and a friend as they drove from locations including montgomery college, rockville town center and mcdonalds in flower hill. eventually fraser caught a ride on bus that dropped him here where he was shot in the back. tracking of perac hi's cell phone linked him to the murder scene and other locations. police seized a number of handguns including the .45 when they arrested him. his criminal record includes assault and handgun charges. he was free while awaiting sentencing on a burglary conviction. now he's being held without bail. in germantown scott broom, wusa9. >>> police continue to investigate the unrelated murder of 22-year-old mark st. alban monday night at this $1 million home in silver spring. today we learn he died from blunt force trauma. another man turned up in critical condition
