. >> reporter: after a patient at gw university hospital alleged he touched her inappropriately in may 2013, the hospital called police. g.w. did not inform them of the incident and they didn't start an investigation until after another patient came forward 7 months later. she came to the emergency room in d.c. because she was intoxicated and told police klein touched her inappropriately, similar to how the patient at g.w. says he touched her. >> tell us why the plea deal. >> reporter: in less than a month later in prince george's county, a female patient told police klein did the same thing to her. he was placed on the do not return list. police issued a warrant for his arrest. still, klein is getting nursing jobs. in august 2014, a female patient at united medical center in southeast d.c. tells police that klein touched her inappropriately several times and kissed her on the lips. the d.c. board of nursing says they suspended klein's license in september 2014. it took them 9 months to investigate the complaints. if he accepts the deal, would face a maximum of 18 months in prison. >>
