"last i checked florida is winner take all." we asked for clarification for what he meant by that. why does that make it okay why you're not on the ballot? but he didn't write us back anymore after he wrote us that. therefore, i think it means because they thought george pataki had no chance of winning in florida they're not going to bother even trying to get his name on
