a major water main break in manchester has closed down two streets. good evening, thank you for joining us. i'm josh mcelveen. jennifer: i'm jennifer vaughn. along with the inconvenience of being without water, there is also some concern tonight about damage. josh: shelley walcott is live with the latest details on this break. shelley: take a look behind me and see what it looks like out here, there's still water flowing through the streets, road are shut down and there are crews trying to turn off this water main break. this is the second time in a month that people living near elm and clark streets are dealing with a water main break. this afternoon. a resident called 911 after noticing a stream of water flowing down the street. there was concern for a time that the historic john stark house would be flooded, but manchesters fire chief says the damage there is minimal. the last water main break in november 14th, about a month blocks away. so far it's not clear what caused either of these breaks. >> we live in a very old city, old pipes, things can h
