malcolm, your thoughts? >> well, i think the police response finsbury is not in the heart of the city of london. you're not going to see as rapid a response with counter terrorist forces. however, there is a major police station in finsbury, and it's well-known. they carry out a lot of raids out there. and i think when you're in a crisis like this and you're an eyewitness, time goes -- you know, time slows down. and it's very hard unless you're keeping distinctive track ft clock, looking at your watch, to actually know how long it is. in a place like finsbury mosque where they wouldn't have expected anything on a sunday, the local police officers from that immediate precinct might be coming on foot as opposed to a police vehicle. so of course people on the immediate scene will be the first responders. same thing for the st. james ambulances and getting up there on scene. so you really do have to as jim said, you have to watch for immediate victims or people who respond to the immediate incident, although the
