we are here at washington hospital on mallory avenue where this notice has been circulating among the employees here. in it, it explains there will be extra security here at the hospital because an explosive device was found here. in the hospital notice that went out yesterday, it stated there has been recent security related incidents which included the components of a bomb that was found at the main hospital. local law enforcement and the fbi examined the device and determined it to be the makings of an explosive device. effective immediately washington hospital is on high security alert which means anyone entering the hospital building is subject to increased security screenings including the inception of personal belongings. the hospital says anyone entering including physicians and employees, volunteers, visitors, patients, and vendors must wear hospital issued identification that is visible. anyone who is not wearing that will be stopped and escorted to the lobby. they are urging anyone who sees anything suspicious to alert security here. and we have reached out to the hospital
