they believe the man who held up the 7-eleven here in walnut creek late last night is the same man who hawse hit other businesses in san leandro. around 11:30 last night that this man pointed a silver handgun at the employee and demanded money out of the cash register and then ran out of the store in a northbound direction and no one saw him get in a get away car. police say they arrived within a minute and set up a perimeter and tracked a scent and never found a suspect. police believe this robber is the same man who robbed a walnut creek gas station on wednesday of last week. the surveillance image from that crime shows the man in an old style ski mask and two more surveillance images taken the next morning. from last thursday morning from the robbery of a valero gas station in san leandro. law enforcement believes this is the same man responsible for at least fived robberies in san leandro, two in walnut creek and one in redwood city. police have yet to release a surveillance image from the robbery last night but describe the man as being possibly asian, 5'6" and he was wearing a bl
