we are live outside the court in manassas. she has been following this story and brings us the latest. >> the judge today said that brian murphy, the two-year old was left in the car for seven hours that day. that is much longer than the hearing lasted today. we have video of 40-year-old murphy along with her husband and attorney walking morning. this they did not speak to the media at first. her has been asking that we please delete them alone. a very somber karen murphy dressed in black. the judge agreed to continue the case until next week and set her the $25,000. afterwards her lawyer told the media that this family is devastated. he said karen murphy is a loving mother and cannot believe the prosecution is bringing these against her. he called them unfair. >> i am surprised that the prosecutor elected to bring these charges literally within the death of the trial. family has not even had a to mourn. we will do everything we can legally to keep this family together and to keep the prosecutor in the legal system from tearin
