we have 64 at manassas. 72 for cumberland. 64 at frederick. and 66 degrees at gaithersburg. mild outside. we're going to see changes though. as far as the clouds are concerned. they are increasing into the course of tonight. we're going to end up with mostly cloudy skies across our region. and areas to our far west for the potomac highlands could see wet weather starting to creep in overnight tonight. that's another thing. we are really keeping an eye to the south down the tropics in the gulf of mexico where our first named storm of the 2013 atlantic season has now developed and formed and it's called andrea. it's a tropical storm right now. look at all the precipitation associated with it. florida going to get slammed with this because it's going to just continue to bring an awful lot of rain fall to areas of the south before it starts to push its way north. that's what we're concerned with. how far will it come and what will the track be in terms of its impact for us. here's a look now. it sustained winds are 40 miles an hour and it actually moving to the north add 6 miles
