right now it's still only 77 in leesburg, manassas and winchester. 75 in hagerstown. and gaithersburg. but yeah we sneaked up into the 80s in both fredericksburg and here in d.c.. on satellite and radar you can see our approaching cloud cover. but the rain, especially the heavier rain is still hundreds of miles off to the south and west. it's going to be a while before that arrives and it does look like we won't get the full brunt of the rainfall during thedy time hours at least this weekend. the drier air is still in place even into the overnight hours. a few sprinkles possible along the 81 core core. tomorrow morning we start out dry and even a good amount of sunshine but that sunshine will actually lead to the instability that gets some of the clouds to bubble up really big. and then you get a few sprinkles dropping down. that could be in the early afternoon hours tomorrow. then as we head into the evening, those showers dissipate and again with the loss of daytime heating the clouds are still in place to the south and west of us on sunday. but notice how the rain
