manchester to salem, 21 minutes. not seeing any delays on 293 or the everett turnpike. 93 south in mass, slow traffic from and over all the way into boston. from the traffic network, i am deb davidson. erin: we' re learning more details about the crash i-93 in concord. state police say a tractor-trailer went off the side of the highway and hit several trees. the cab was torn from the frame of the vehicle. it trapped the driver inside and ruptured both real tanks. the driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries, but is said to be in stable condition. sean: a developing situation out of manchester where at least six people have been forced from their homes by a large fire on the west side. firefighters were called to the intersection of rimmon and bremmer streets just after 1:00 and found flames shooting from the third floor. crews were later ordered out of the building, and they fought the flames from outside. the red cross is helping the residents who were displaced. there is no word as to any injuries or how
