mandel, jpus is ben morgan asset management global strategist. what is your playbook?en: i think you have to look at the fed, and everyone else follows behind. they pivoted in a dovish manner in january. not just developed markets, but emerging markets as well. that is the epicenter, and every thing else is somewhat of an aftershock. now, what can we expect? given where markets are pricing, it is fair to say the fed is going to provide a decent amount of support for financial conditions is here. i think part of that -- conditions this year. i think part of that is on their framework review. how do we deal with inflation outcomes that have been systematically below where we want them to be? i think where that ends up heading is towards some type of average inflation targeting strategy. in other words, they are going to be much more supportive of longer strategy over the course of the expansion, towering higher -- tolerating higher inflation. where i am skeptical is that the fed is extremely proactive, providing insurance for potential growth problems. i think they will
