passengers here at maneta san jose had it the best. their delays a little less than oakland and san francisco and adding to the frustration a lot of passengers tell us that they didn't get a lot of information about the reasons why. again, it was a computer glitch that shut down the airline's website and the ticket centers and look at the impact down south at los angeles international where even the traffic was impacted by this computer glitch. it wrapped around the airport for quite some way. travelers arriving in the bay area told us about their experience. >> coming from seattle it is about one hour. >> it was about 45-minute delay. >> at l.a.x., southwest tried to appease passengers with some pizza and between that and the airline's long history of positive customer service, some passengers are willing to cut them a little slack yesterday but that may not last if the computer glitch lasts into today. to reiterate, the airline says to get here at least two hours early. if you can print your boarding passes at home, do that so you com
