emily: just a blip according to marc andreessen. one stock that is gaining is twitter, up 3.5%, back above its ipo price. this morning, one analyst upgraded his twitter rating from neutral to buy. he expects clarification on twitter search developments. i also ask marc andreessen who he thinks should become the next ceo of twitter. marc: i think if jack or ev ended up back in leadership at twitter that would be great. emily: the white house is tracking potential companies aimed at individuals and companies in china for hacking networks. the discussions come at a particularly sensitive time. china's president xi jinping is scheduled to make his first official state visit to the u.s. month. there is also concern that sanctions could trigger further attacks. marc: the department of defense was the first customer of all of the new technology companies. over the last 25 years, the defense department focused more on large federal contractors. there is a much greater focus in d.o.d. in working with early-stage companies. cyber security is

marc: i would rather focus on precious metals.do not depend on the asustrial demand as much base metals. as i've indicated on this -- a yearey are go ago, the chinese economy was decelerating already, but the fund managers did not want to accept it and now, it's obvious that the chinese economy is growing at nowhere near what the ministry of truth in china's publishing. either no growth at all or maybe around 2%, but no more than that. that has a huge impact on commodity prices and in turn, has a huge impact on the economy of all the producers around the world from asia to rush out to the middle east to africa. these countries have less money to buy, including american goods. matt: we saw the chinese evaluation and vietnam followed. do you expect to see a series of the evaluations -- the evaluations -- d evaluations? marc: lowering the value of the currency to create a depression in real incomes and a of gdp in dollar terms and the contraction of world trade in dollar terms, which is negative for economic growth around the world?

marc: that means big trouble. while the current training facilities -- the cost impact may not be great but the probably facing his refinancing bonds ahead. we estimate there are about 12 billion bonds between now and the end of 2017. they have to pay a much bigger coupon on those bonds, and that is what the investors and shareholders face, eroding the earnings. jonathan: just to wrap this up, this is a just a glencore story. this embodies a bigger picture, whether it is china, whether it is a commodities story. there is another question being asked in the market about credit risk. this company poses systemic risks. what are people saying about that? javier: i don't think that glencore -- if they were to go under tomorrow, it would not mean the end of the global financial system. it will be significant trouble. but we have seen commodity trading houses going under in the past. think about enron. one of the largest agricultural traders went down, rivals pick up the assets, business continues, significant disruption

the biggest question that comes, and i want marc to answer is how low is good? we were at 150 and we went to 140 and now we're saying 120. is 100 better than 120 and that's what the study hasn't answered, and we don't know because sometimes very low blood pressure can affect your kidneys. kidneys is the filter, and a older population with lower blood pressure you may push them to get heart ait is a. you're saying get below 120? >> that's the number they found, yes. >> the same point he's making, too high and above 120 you can't -- high blood pressure around your body can hurt your kidneys, can hurt your heart and brain and can give you a stroke, but when we go to get it down, how low? how low, and would i like to say it's probably -- it's definitely below 120 now, that's what we've changed now, but if you start to be symptomatic and you start to get dizzy and you're not yourself anymore, maybe i'll check you and find you're 100 and 95, that's too low. this study didn't answer that question. i don't generally want people to have a systolic blood pressure below 10

marc: one last question. i ask everybody to please remain seated as the vice president exits as he has to catch a plane. the president has said he will confront iran's regional aggression after this deal is implemented. what steps should be take ton reassure israel and our sunni partners. vice president cheney: i'll believe it when i see it. i have serious reservations after you pour over $100 billion back into iran, you lift sanctions and embargos on things like conventional weapons and icbm's, you take off the embargos on doing business, for example, with the irdc, i think you've given them an enormous shot in the arm in terms of their ability to pursue their terrorist activities and support for ill list regimes and then you're going to turn around and mount military operations somehow to take them down. it doesn't fit. it doesn't calculate in my mind. i think if the -- if the problems we have with the nuclear agreement in and of itself weren't enough, when you add to that the last-minute addition of liftin

marc santia got an up close and personal view of the progress today. >> reporter: under the tappan zee shadows, the bridge is taking shape. if you're driving over the tappan zee, you'll notice something new on the hudson. those red tower cranes. typically, you only see them on dry land, and in the city. >> what it gives us is the ability to reach the high elevations. as these towers grow taller, we'll outgrow the reach of the cranes we've had onsite. >> reporter: this new phase of construction includes assembling the bridge's main span towers. you can see that here in this animation. the work requires 45 cranes, 190 vessels, and more than 1,000 workers. the team here didn't want any surprises for this phase. so what they did was a practice run, a full mockup on dry land. >> the mockup gave us a chance for the contractor to develop methods to place the concrete and ensuring it has proper consolidation. >> reporter: so speed up the installation process, these floating barges have equipment on them to make and pour concrete right on the spot. get this, it would take 20,000 trucks loaded w
