[laughter] he died his hair. so, isn't caitlyn the absolute number one person to comment on this? >> she is and she makes a great point. i think because this is, and you can see what happens when you make a good point. they come back with an answer that there is no way you can answer correctly. >> greg: delegitimize. >> come like this is going to hurt. of course it would. we are in situations where young girls in high school are competing with biological boys who identify as women for scholarships to go on to college. and i feel that you should, one, either create scholarships specifically for that because it is, we talk about celebrating our differences. you can identify but biologically you have advantages. there is a reason why we separate boys and girls sports for a reason. i would love for my daughter to play basketball with the boys, but after a little girl gets dumped on, i'm -- there is a reason for that. take the emotion out because you have to when you make decisions like this. just like when they decide they don't give one brother a scholarship. i'm 6-8 inches. he ran a 4-feet 8 inches. yes, that hurt my feelings. yes, i'm upset but it's a fact of life. >> greg: he just brought up a really interesting point about sports. sports isn't based on equality. it's like, if you are better at it, not using that argument, you should allow trans. we should just get rid of all gender, all sports. they should just have no gender. it's just like you want to play sports, everybody just jump on in and then you just pick the best. you are looking at me like i'm crazy. >> no, you are right. there is a lot of equality, particularly in the national football league. i can tell you that right now. >> greg: do you think she is going to get any blowback for this? >> yes, i'm sure. but listen, in this political realm, no matter what you say come you can say he, she, they, them, you're still going to get pushback. we are so fixated on words that we have lost our reasoning. and so, i don't want to go back to spiritual, but i go back to the word of god. and that is where i find my truth. i think sometimes in this country right now, that is what we are lacking. there is no centerpiece. there is no gauge. our dictionaries have these words. i told you last time, the democratic dictionary. the democratic dictionary is real because they change words. everything means whatever they want it to mean this year. next year it will mean something else. as long as they can contain their power and push their agenda. >> greg: kennedy. she was defending women. i think there is a cleaving going on in identity politics where, okay, where are the feminists protecting women's sports if they fear the trans activists? so there is light, so she has a trans activist and celebrity is actually defending the feminists. does that make sense to you? >> kennedy: well, there is a chasm and feminism right now because there are people that are very pro-trans. i look at these kids and they are athletic and they do want to compete. they want to run. they want to play soccer. they want to wrestle. they want to do everything. and i don't think that we should hold them back as athletes. and you know, this other-them mentality is really damaging. i don't know what the appropriate age is to start hormone regression therapy. but a kid isn't ready to do that yet, you have to let them play somewhere weird and then, to his point in college, we have a greater understanding as adults what hormone repression does, that is a good time. i don't have the expertise that kate and acer but i do feel really bad for the kids were can the middle. if you are a boy, you are not what you pretend to be a girl so you can run track. it's not that simple. >> greg: i've tried. you know, dr. siegel, i hate sports because i was so good at it, i just felt like i didn't want, i felt like everybody there was -- you know how it is. i just felt like it was such, it wasn't fair. >> marcts. >> marc: i think this is the beginning of sports but we don't know where it is headed. >> greg: i like how you took that question seriously. it came out of my mouth making no sense. >> marc: listen, caitlyn jenner is right because she knows what she is talking about, as you said at the beginning. i think there is a biological advantage. but i want to take you back to the 1970s when richard raskin, a noted ophthalmologist became ray richards. ray richards wanted to compete in the u.s. open. there was a lot of low back. one of the people that was really against this was -- richards went on to compete and it wasn't so political. that is my point. it wasn't so politicized. you know what happens in the end? ray richards coached her friend, martina to the wimbledon championship. so, they disagreed but they became friends. and that is what we have lost. >> greg: that is the silver lining in all of this. i miss 1970s tennis stories.
