let' s go to marcy gonzales who is live in paris with the latest. marci: a quiet night in paris after absolute panic earlier today. the sound of what turned out to be fireworks sent people running into the streets, ducking into restaurants for cover. this is a city on edge. tonight, mementos of mourning spilling into the sidewalks s terror. one of the men police say is responsible for the attacks is french authorities, launching an international manhunt for one of the possible gunmen who sprayed bullets and to crowded restaurants. he is one of three terrorists who investigators say did not die in the attacks. the two others who escaped, possibly using this getaway car, including one of abdeslam' s brothers. >> there is a specific unit on the organization chart of isis for external attacks. marci: officials say isis commanders planned and directed this attack, sending one of the paris killers from syria to blend in with refugees arriving in greece. the french air force responded tonight, dropping more than 20 bombs on the isis capital of raqqa, as th
