speaking of baseball, my colleague and counterpart marcus washington standing by live to prepare us for the big game. we're going to check in with him in a few minutes. but first nbc bay area working on? breaking news this midday. lines of northbound highway 101 shut down the last couple of hours after a big rig fire north of the golden gate bridge. nbc bay area's bob redell stuck in the traffic backup that's happening there. bob, we're get something reports there of explosions? >> reporter: that backup extends from the bridge a good mile or two north to spencer avenue where a goodwill truck went over an embankment around 8:00 or 8:30 and as you can see in this video posted to twitter caught fire. the driver of the big rig was able to escape his cab unharmed. he grabbed a fire extinguisher but was not able to put out that fire as you can see. the cab burned up. the rest of the truck is fine as far as it was burnt up but it's damaged from the crash. and the driver's okay. chp tells me they believe the driver was speeding when he lost control on these wet roads a little bit after 8:30 thi
