marcy jones has been in the thick of it how is it looking out there now? >> well, i have to say it's getting a little bit better. bus as you can see is removed now. they had the help of that backhoe that's still there and the toeing truck that's up a little bit. now surprisingly the thing that shocked all of us out here is that bus got out and drove away. like nothing happened it was incredible that was the car i don't think it would be the same story that water is still gushing out of there. i talked to a city of phoenix ago and he told me the reason why it's still gushing, you probably are wondering why aren't they turning off the water. that's happens to be the place where two pipes meet. so they already shut off one and they have to shut off the other. still a lot of water coming out of there. as you can see on the ground just over to the left of the hole there is a ton of gravel and huge pieces of rock which just shows you how much force this had when it kind of exploded when the bus went over it. now we talked to an eyewitness earlier. janelle, she s

reporting live, marcy jones, fox 10 news. >> thank you, marcy. >>> a fox followup now to a fatal armed robbery that happened two weeks ago. >> police were able to identify the getting a full confession. 33-year-old joseph fatigoni confessed to robbing a 7-eleven. he held the clerks at gunpoint and moved them to the back room of the store. one of the employees, ahmanjeet singh toor tried to get the gun, but fatigoni shot and killed him. police originally had a hard time identifying the suspect, but they say the community made all the difference. information did come in, they were able to use it, and it was key. >> fatigoni confessed to the robbery and the shooting, according to police. he is being charged with murder, kidnapping, and armed robbery. >>> and police have identified a man they say tried to grab an officer's gun before he was fatally shot. his name is jorge cisneros, and he was 22 years old. according to police, cisneros attacked the officer as he was investigating a car parked near 20th street and they say the suspect jumped out of the bushes and scuffled with the officer.

marcy jones joins us live now with the latest on this. and marcy, the only winner in this were the people from phillips law office who got a lot of free publicity earlier today. >> i know, amazing publicity up there on the roof of that bus. now, john, we have been out here about six hours now. not too much progress sin last hour. it does not look like the end of the world has one witness, it really looks more like an episode of bob the builder. because we have got a lot of machinery out here. they are starting the second phase now where they are starting to scoop up all of the rocks and debris, the asphalt scooped up underneath the bus and putting it into a city of phoenix department truck. will be cleaned up. we know from van buren on 33rd to 35th avenue, it is still shut down because there is so much water there. earlier we spoke to some eyewitnesses that told us the bus absolutely sunk when it rolled over the patch of asphalt. >> the city bus came, and as the city bus came, the asphalt you could tell was having some type of issues but
