marcy adelmen reported on the needs assessment and access for lgbtq people over 50. and moving on to that, at our council meeting, dr. adelmen gave an update on that lgbtq adult survey. it targets 500, and as of our meeting, they already had 300 responses, which is really good. and that is looking at telehealth programs, and there are also some interviews being done on the services needed. prior to the last year, we've had an education committee, which when rick applebee was working with us, he had a very robust education program. and that's kind of dropped. so we're going to be looking into increasing our participation again. and we came up with a couple of topics right off the bat, helping people to destress, how to survive covid-19 issues, and we also discussed the access to vaccinations in various city communities. as i say, our next meeting is march 17th. we will probably have some updates -- we will have an update on the senior homeless ad hock committee. they're ready to give a report. and we will also have a couple of virtual sites to be able to report on, so
