this plant was constructed in the 1950's and currently as you know under going a lot of marge improvements. i was out there on thursday and this photo was taken this past week and hard to tell but a third of the treatment plant is a major construction zone. a year ago it was holes in the ground and the infrastructure is taking shape and existing and amazing of the scale of improvements taking place and two projects in particular that are under way right now that are essentially us rebuilding the airplane so to speak while we're still trying to fly it so the two projects read headworks project which is more than $600 million and not completed we think 2024 right now and the huge, huge project is the biosolids project and more than $2 billion project and estimating it won't operational until 2023 and a lot going on in the congested small footprint and the construction activities and staging, lay down space, people to park for workers that. is all taking up space at the plant today and we need to retrofit this process to add a new night night removal processes should regulations require. at t
