. >> i'm maria medina. kpix 5's len ramirez joins us live. len, tell us what happened. >> reporter: well, we're on the south side of the downtown area at second and martha street. you can see that police officers are still surrounding the scene. we have confirmed that one man is deceased apparently he was an electrical worker up on a cherrypicker. you might be able to see that from our picture, as well. the cherrypicker up there somehow fell from the cherrypicker. we don't know the circumstances with how this may have happened but a witness told us that there was a road rage incident under the truck where this happened and that incident involved two drivers apparently in some sort of fisticuffs during the time this was happening. unknown whether this had to do with the man falling or he might have been distracted and got himself electrocuted somehow or may have been trying to maneuver his cherrypicker out of the area. at this point police haven't confirmed this information. this is what witnesses are telling us. police have a large presence h
