reporting live in san jose, marianne favro, nbc bay area news. >> thank you, marianne. >>> eviction by home invasion. a landlord is accused of trying to get a family off of his property by staging a home invasion. officers arrived and arrested five people outside the home. police say the suspects weren't trying to steal, but to scare the family. family tells us they are in a current rent dispute with the landlord, but they never expected something so extreme. our scott budman talked with the family today. he'll join us at 6:00 with what they told him about this bizarre incident. >>> a teacher art richmond high school is in jail tonight accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 15 yearly student. richmond police arrested the teacher on campus yesterday. they're not releasing that teacher's name or gender. investigators say the student told a school resource officer about the relationship. the student said it started last spring and continued through last week. the teacher faces 15 counts of lewd acts on a child. the student said all of the alleged acts happened off campus.
