marie harf is here but first fox business' madison alworth.e were the funds go if biden bows out? >> you know, don, the fate of that financial arsenal really depends who replaces him at the top of the ticket. if kamala harris moved up to the president spot she would be able to inherit most if not all of the money because her name is already on the ticket. if that ticket is completely replaced, we got a new president and vp, then it becomes a little trickier. the money could not just be transferred over to another campaign. i spoke to former general counsel for the federal election commission ken gross and he said there are a couple of options. one is the money could be given to the democrat national committee. the challenge there is they don't usually step in until the general election which starts after the convention in august. another option is the campaign money could be converted to a political action committee but they can only donate a maximum of 3,300 to a campaign. finally the funds could be transferred to a super pac but of course a
