i reason i became a marine, is because my father was a marine. he served for 27 years. and growing up in that household, i pretty much already knew how to wake up early, just like you, get online, get dressed. everything was regimented. so becoming a marine was not a far-fetched idea for me. it took a little bit longer. i was 27 when i first -- actually, 24 when i came into the marine corps. and i decided that i was only going to do maybe four years. in 2017, i would be at 30 years. three kids. three separate deployments. so, you know, i'm kind of -- [ applause ] >> thank you. thank you. but i didn't tell you that for the applause, i'm telling you that because i need a replacement. she mentioned something about all of you, you know, raise your hand if you're going to join the military. that's outstanding. thank you for serving this country. i appreciate that. so, my question is, how many of you want to be marines? okay. very well. i'll see you later. we'll talk. that's a good thing. i was a drill instructor, but i'm not a drill instructor in this capacity right now. so
