use caution fruit marine city as well as sausalito this morning. elsewhere we have some trouble spots brewing. at 101 southbound at holly we have a report of a solo spin out but still seeing green so the traffic is holding steady with speeds okay. elsewhere to the south let's look at highway 17 where we had closures due to the snowy conditions at the summit and right now the roadway is open but that could change at any time. right now 17 through the summit is moving okay in both directions. at the south bay it looks good at 101 northbound with no delays. it is a nice right all the way through the peninsula. we have a crash 280 on the southbound side of 280 that is at the shoulder. a quick look at conditions to the altamont pass, slow-and-go with westbound 580, windy conditions with the wind advisory in effect. here's a live look at the caltrans camera and you can see traffic is crawling at the 205- 580 connector area through tracy. it gets better toward the dublin interchange but a lot of folks are making their way d dealinwith windy conditions. at
