i'm mary, from the recreation and parks department i am the project manager for the san francisco marina yacht harbor renovation and this item is a cost sharing agreement between the city and county of san francisco, and pacific gas and electric for shared costs associated with planning design and construction of the east harbor facility. and san francisco has been working with pg&e over the course of the last five years or so to do studies to investigate the contamination of the phs in the sediment around the east harbor and this will be the second agreement and under that agreement, pg&e will partner with us, for the design, and permitting process for remediation at the harbor as well as redesign for the harbor for anticipated construction in 2017. >> and the cost will be bourn entirely by pg&e and we anticipate that we will be returning for an updated cost sharing agreement when we are ready to go into construction. and in late, 2016, early, 2017. i would be happy to answer any questions that you may have on the details of the cost sharing agreement? >> and so i am here, at your dispo
