ago when a zip-car driver got into a confrontation with a cyclist from the critical mass event on marina boulevard. you can see here the incident was all caught on camera. as the driver was trying to cross the intersection the cyclist came in front of the car and then used a lock to strike the vehicle several times.causing approximately 2 thousand dollars in damage. officers located the man in the video and he has been identified as 39-year old ian hespelt. hespelt has been charged with multiple felony charges including assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism. one of the three jail guards arrested on suspicion of murdering an inmate in santa clara is proclaiming his innocence saying he never touched the inmate. rafael rodriguez says the guard uniform he wore that night was clean, showing no signs that he made contact with 31-year old michael tyree. 27-year old rodriguez says the santa clara county sheriff's investigation is relying on things they have heard. rodriguez also said this arrest is the first time he's ever been on the other side of the law. coming up. the results of a democ
