you're traveling through san leandro this morning you may just want to avoid davis street and use marina instead why we have a fatal accident. under investigation. this is from earlier this morning it happened at the davis street overcrossing at 80 so not on the freeway but at the over crossing the westbound lanes of davis remain closed with no estimated time of clearing. but traffic is getting through on the eastbound side, it's backed up in both directions and when you have a backup there the overcrossing it impacts traffic on the freeway so now it's spilling over to the nimitz which is jam way back from 2.38 to 38 is jan from 5.80 it's going to be very slow ride out of castro valley just try to make your way on to 2.38 and the nimitz freeway so i'd say just avoid it altogether stick with 5.80 instead, but if you want to go ahead and take the nimitz do not get off a davis use marina as an alternate here at the bay bridge toll plaza we have a full house lot of those squeezing into san francisco, nothing going on, but it's champ from the bottom of the maze, it's nice to see the richmond
