. >>> marion berry is fine after reports of a health scare at the state of the district speech. the ward 8 councilman tells news4 via twitter that he was okay despite a report that he needed help walking out of last night's address. berry says he went out to different afterwards. the paramedics who were at the speech were not there for him. >>> a pastor running for the d.c. council is leading a protest tonight against a speed camera he calls a trap camera. the camera is located in the 1900 block of branch avenue southeast. today, reverend bill bennett led a group of protesters in calling for the camera to be removed. bennett is running for the ward 7 council seat. he says the camera at the bottom of a steep incline is really a speed trap. he says it is targeting residents, particularly seniors, who can't afford to pay the $125 fine. >> we are out here to say today to say with all due respect to the effort to calm the traffic, there's a better way to do it than to put this undue tax on people. it's up just, we call upon the mayor, we call important incumbent council member do som
