mary lee: i like their drinks, they're sweet.is: but after reviewing a few of her receipts, mary discovered something not so sweet. mary: so, that's when i noticed that they're potentially overcharging sales tax. chris: check out mary's receipts. on a $13 order, she paid $1.25 in sales tax. with fremont's sales tax being 9.5%, mary should have paid $1.24. a few weeks later, mary was charged too much sales tax again. and a couple of days after that, she was again charged too much tax for a milkshake. t4 was rounding up the sales tax by a penny. mary: when you look at it, it may not be that big of a deal because it's just pennies to a transaction. but when you extrapolate out and think about the volume the store gets-- chris: the board of equalization handles sales tax throughout the state. a spokesperson looked at mary's receipts and confirmed she was overcharged. female: if you round up and you're collecting too much tax from your customer, that's excessive tax reimbursement, and that's against the law. chris: it can also be tax

if rush is upset about it, that's too bad. >> marie: i agree.ee that a statement is probably what they'll do. you're talking about the kinds of sector wide comprehensive sanctions we need to have, that's where you wish it would go, because we do a lot of this naming and shaming individuals, entities on all three countries and it's had some effect. >> john: comp intensive sanctions have limited effect anyway, but in the case of russia, with his involvement and our elections, i have set for some time, i view this as an existential threat to the idea of the united states for america. we are based on the idea of limited government, people controlling the government. they tried to mess it up. i don't necessarily agree, but they want to try to influence it for donald trump, i think they want distrust in the institution and we need to did to her other countries or think they can do the same thing. >> harris: we've read about what they want to do in france and it wasn't so much about mccrone, it was about the very substance and how it plays out. anthony

i'm anne-marie green. >>> overnight there has been a break in the search for four missing young men in pennsylvania. human remains have been found on a farm about 30 miles north of philadelphia. demarco morgan is in solebury, pennsylvania. demarco, good morning. >> reporter: good morning to you. the four men have been missing for past couple of days. one disappeared last wednesday. other two vanished two days later. two have been located where that i have been searching for quite some time. authorities have been searched for quite some time. one of the victim has been identified as 19-year-old dean finocchiaro. missing since friday. he's one of the four. the remains were found in a common grave 12 1/ feet deep on a farm. cadaver dogs led them to that spot. >> there are additional human remains inside that grave. so this painstaking process will go on. we're not done yet. this is a homicide, make no mistake about it. we just don't know how many homicides we're yet to know the answer to that question. >> rep

i'm anne-marie green. >>> well, this holiday weekend, budget deadlocks in nearly a dozen states threaten to shut down services. in two states, nonessential services have already been closed. governor chris christie of new jersey and his family had island state beach park all to themseves yesterday, one of the beaches he shut down. it was closed to the public, but the governor has a residence there. tony dokoupil has more on the budget failures. >> reporter: instead of relaxing at liberty state park or island beach, residents of new jersey are protesting this weekend because those parks and more than 50 other state recreation areas are closed. >> i'm pissed off. it's the holiday weekend. whoo about all the kids that had birthday parties and paid to rent to have barbecues here. it's not fair. >> reporter: nine states failed. it put state services at risk. illinois hasn't had a budget in three years. maine and new jersey began partial shutdowns over the weekend. >> here we are at an impasse. government is clo
